Kevin Vees, Wellness Coordinator
Kevin graduated with a B.S. Degree in Sport/Event/Entertainment Management with a concentration in Psychology in 2003 from Johnson & Wales University. In 2006 he received his Master’s degree in Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania. He is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He also holds specialist certifications in Senior Fitness, Fitness Nutrition, Pre & Post Orthopedic surgery, TRX and Balance. Before entering the world of personal training, Kevin coached wrestling, cross country running and track & field at Limestone College in Gaffney, SC. He has been the Wellness Coordinator at White Oak of Tryon since the beginning of the wellness program in 2014.
Kevin grew up in Doylestown, PA and moved to Inman, South Carolina in 2004. He enjoys any type of activity that takes him to the great outdoors and also spends a lot of his time with his wife (Lerissa) and his two daughters (Catalina and Audrianna).
It is Kevin’s goal to motivate and educate our residents and members in an effort to improve their levels of health and wellness and to help them maintain an enhanced healthy life-style.
